Another week, another problem


Worst phone company in germany?

 

My phone is being locked every few days because my credit goes under. when i try to top up and add my card to my account (which has already been added) it says direct debit not available.

 

Whats worse, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE is here to help. the chat bot is broken and the english support number is broken.

 

If i cannot top up my phone, close my account. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

when there are problems with topping up the SIM card, it is always very annoying. Couldn't it be topped up because the direct debit wasn't redeemed? Then you would have to contact your bank, they may be able to give you more information.

Alternatively, you can also top up in other ways:
