All net flat keeps stopping

I have subscribed to O2 prepaid S €9.99 all net flat plan. I am not able to make calls, the internet works but outgoing calls do not, this has happened last month too, I contacted support on WhatsApp, they resolved it, tried it again but they are not responding anymore.
