Hi there.

On 20 Dec I ordered two additional Data-only SIM cards. They have still not arrived and I haven’t received shipping confirmation?

Can you please advise when they will arrive? I just checked the status and it is “In delivery”…

Usually, it shouldn’t take the SIM cards or data cards not more than 5 business days to arrive. 
But I can see you have initiated an eSIM profile swap a few days ago, is everything now working as expected?

No, I still need the other SIM card that was ordered and ideally the first one as well. At the moment they show as activated although they were not received (and probably not even shipped, as I never got a shipping confirmation).

I have now initiated that two new datacards are being sent to you.
