I'm an exchange student for 6 months.
I made a contract on 25.10.2019 (O2 Free M).
When I make the contract, I could not be informed about international call from the o2 shop.
They said this contract covers data and calls, even “outside” calls.
It was not precise explanation, and furthermore there was no block or mention about additional cost when I make international phone calls to my family.
Now I have to pay over 100 euros that I would haven't made if I knew it is additional service.
How can I get compensation about this?
