Similar problem had low credits hence topped up, accidentally activated "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" as it was showing 9.99Euros
I just want to deactivate "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" which i don't use and carry on next month to activate "o2 my Prepaid S"
Is there any way that I can have either my credit back since I haven't use any data yet?

According to your wish, I have just deactivated the data-package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L”. Your tariff includes now only “o2 my Prepaid S”.
As you have a withdrawal period of 14 days, you just received the charged amount for the package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L” back again.

das Paket hast du ja schon selber direkt deaktiviert wie ich sehe, ich habe dir jetzt die Kosten für die Buchung erstattet.
