Hello Community,
Greetings!
I have an old Duo contract (currently O2 o) beside another o2 Free M (total 3 numbers). Since the Duo contract is very old, my SIM cards are not suitable for modern days (probably 14 years old and UMTS/GSM type, some sort of serial number begins with 608401…707).
So I was browsing O2 website to replace these old SIM cards. Once I choose “Ersatz SIM-Karte/eSIM” then it shows me 29,99 €, so for my two old SIM cards – total price is almost 60€, which I consider too much just to replace the old SIM cards. If I select “Zusätzliche SIM-Karte/eSIM” option then it shows no price information. But I’ve read somewhere in the community that we need to pay for it.
My questions are:
-How do I know if I need to pay for “Zusätzliche SIM-Karte” before I make an order?
-Some other provider offer free (without connection fees) SIM card (currently O2 has this offer too). So, what is the best option to replace my old O2 SIM cards?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best wishes!
