I just requested what I thought was a cheaper package - o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L - as my current package - o2 my Prepaid M - runs out today, and only when I had ordered the new package did I notice it was a Data pack, and didn’t have any phone calls included. I want to get a refund for it, as I only did it two minutes ago, but the phone hotline is closed. Is it possible to do this before Monday, as everything will be closed tomorrow. (Sunday)
