Hello, had an appointment for a technician to come and install Internet service in my home today.
The technician was here for five minutes and plugged in Fritz box 7590 to wall connection, stated the Internet would be working after 10 or 15minutes.
It has now been 4 hours and service is still not working. Tried contacting technical support but they only speak German.
Please I need help, I just want the service I'm paying for to work properly.
