Dear O2 team, 

 

I have asked almost 3 weeks ago to upgrade my internet connection at home from current M to L.

Nothing happen since then and trying to call you but no one is picking up the phone. 

Would like to know what is the status of my request? and when this is going to be done.

I have checked your data. The change is going to be fullfilled on December 20th 2021. Obviously there was no earlier date provided.

Did you take a look in your spamfolder for any kind of confirmation on that matter?
