Sepa Mandats

Hello,

I been getting this letters from you about the Sepa Mandate. But when I check in meine-daten/sepa it says its already been accepted. I also called the support once even they have also confirmed that my Bank account and Sepa is accepted. Infact last month I think 34 or 36 Euros were debited from my account for the O2 bill. 

I got the 3rd letter from O2 yesterday where its asking me to do the mandate with in 7 days, But its already been done. So Can you check on this and tell me if there is any thing I need to do here ?

Hello @amashh,

asking to fill out the SEPA mandate and sending it back to us normally only happens when some bigger changes happned like for axample it is a new or additional contract that is connected to a new customer number or when for example the contract owner has changed.

In such cases I strongly recommend to fill out the letter and send it back to us to ensure that also future invoices can be payed for automatically without the need that you have to trabsfer the money to us manually.
