Hello,
I been getting this letters from you about the Sepa Mandate. But when I check in meine-daten/sepa it says its already been accepted. I also called the support once even they have also confirmed that my Bank account and Sepa is accepted. Infact last month I think 34 or 36 Euros were debited from my account for the O2 bill.
I got the 3rd letter from O2 yesterday where its asking me to do the mandate with in 7 days, But its already been done. So Can you check on this and tell me if there is any thing I need to do here ?
