Router failing to connect to internet


Hello,

Since last night, I have no internet connection in my apartment. I am using a Fritzbox 6660 cable router.

So far I have tried the following without success:

  • Factory reset the router
  • Connected the router with 3 different cable internet outlets in the apartment
  • Used another cable for the router

I am kind of lost as to what else I can do. Below, you can see the logs from the router.

 

Can someone please look into this? It is very important for me to have internet access at home as my job requires me to work from home.

I’m sorry to tell but we have a complete loss of cable internet in your city (030). The technicians are working it but unfortunately we have to timeline until it will be fixed.

@aadilp we can check this from time to time but we won’t get any detailed information.

So if you want ask again on Saturday. I will take a look.
