Hello. I am waiting for the connection 02.08.2022, already received your router and tried to connect it, but the cable indicator blinks, which, as I understand, says that the connection does not work. I would like to clarify the procedure in my case. I'd like to resolve everything by mail or whatsapp, but I can't get to a live person. I can't find an email address where I can contact you.

The letter from O2 with the details of the contract states that I can check the connection by connecting the cable to the TV outlet until 02.08.2022...

we have a video on how to install the cable router. Unfortunetly not in english, but maybe it will also help you. 😊

After connecting the router you should see a “o2 Startseite” that looks like this: 

If you can see this, everything is connected correctly and ready for the activation on 02.08.22.
