O2 HomeBox not connected to internt

The O2 home box was working normally, until it suddenly got disconnected from the internet. I have been waiting for last half a day, but still there is no internet connection. 
I checked all the cables connected, and everything is good, but cant get the internet connection. 
 

what could be the problem here ?

From here it is not possible to say, what exactly could be the issue.

You can call our technicians over our hotline and tell them, that you have issues with your connections. 

Our technicians can open a technical ticket for you, to solve the issue and after that, you can surf normally again. 😊
