Hello,

Can I have your help regarding the daily restart time for the o2 homebox 6441.

I didnt find any option where I can change it by use of 192.161.1.1.

So please let me know if it is possible and if not what will be the solution

Thank you

Moin Moin,

no there is no option. Buy e.g. a FRITZ!Box 7520 from eBay.

there you could change the relogin time. But the max. usage time of an IP is 24h.

So I can buy it, just replace with the old one and will work without any issue?

Yes. See

sorry it is in german.

You need the Benutzername “DSLxxxx@yyy” and the password. You will find the data in Mein O2 in 3️⃣

After that you can send the homebox back to o2.

Use https://www.o2online.de/service/retoure/ For it.

The o2 Homebox 6441 should not restart at all. If the device restarts without any user action, the device is probably defective.

Hello @Artem-Ka ,

I assume this is about the daily disconnect (Zwangstrennung) that happens at a rough interval of 24 hours. There is no manual way to set this through the user interface of the 6441. What you can do is manually restart the router at a point in time that you’d want to use as the daily disconnect in the future.

Kind regards, Sven

Hello, I have new issue after purchasing used 7520. When everything is plugged in the Wi-fi shows that it is not 7520 but 7530 and the password from the back side doesn’t work. Any advice for this problem?

Please perform a factory default rest

https://avm.de/service/wissensdatenbank/dok/FRITZ-Box-7520/3_Werkseinstellungen-der-FRITZ-Box-laden/

Than try again.

WLAN-Netzwerkschlüssel = WiFi / WLAN Key

FRITZ!Box-Kennwort = Password for web frontend http://192.168.178.1

Werksrest was successfully?

Werksrest was successfully?

The problem is that I cannot login to fritzbox using the WLAN-Netzwerkschlüssel to go further to user  fritzbox interface. That is why I cannot anyhow reset to default

ah no, feels like I reached what I need. Will try to go further

If the FRITZ!Box has his factory settings than you should enter

Load factory settings

  1. Disconnect the FRITZ!Box from the power supply.
  2. Reconnect the FRITZ!Box to the power supply after 1 minute.
  3. Open the FRITZ!Box user interface within the next 10 minutes.
  4. Click on the "Forgotten password?" link.
  5. Click on the "Restore factory settings" button.
  6. After loading the factory settings, open the FRITZ!Box user interface.
  7. Enter the password (text7908) from the bottom of your FRITZ!Box and click "Log in".

Now it works, thank you. The last question is how to change the restart time via this interface

Thank you one more time. Hope it will work🙂
