I have been paying 24.98 Euro for my O2 Home internet connection for more than one year. Suddenly, last April, 34.31 Euro were charged. Then 38.85, in June, and now, today, I got a 44.97 direct debit. I want to understand why it is happening and (of couse) I want to prevent it to happen again. Please don't tell me to see whatever at MeinO2 because it's not accessible, and from what I see other users complaining, that is quite common. Thanks
