No DSL and Internet light on Router HomeBox 6641


Hi, 

Yesterday evevning I suddenly lost the internet connection.

Since then the light of DSL and Internet on my router have been turned off.

I have tried reboot the router, unplug and plug in all wires, and followed the steps form “o2 my Service”, but none of them work and help solve the problem. 

Can someone please help and tell me how to get the internet connection back?

Hello @SYL_BER, welcome back to our community :-)

Sorry to ear there are issues with your DSL connection. If even the o2 my Service App was not able to hep you get reconnected to the internet I hope you already followed schluejs suggestion and were able to get in touch with our technical customer service. If so, all necessary steps will be taken so your internet connection will work again as soon as possible :-)
