In September I’ll be moving cities and I need to take my contract with me to the new place. I try to fill out the form as is shown here https://www.o2online.de/service/internet-umzug/ . However there’s an error with the site and it won’t load the information of my new place (it’s stuck processing no matter which browser I use). I also faxed an “Umzugsauftrag O2 DSL” form to 08001090060 but I really have no idea if it was received or not. Under “meine bestellung” I have no open orders. Is someone here able to process my move information for me? I would phone but I can’t speak german and the person on the hotline doesn’t speak english.
