My DSL connection is not working since 1 week, date 4th July 2022, which is causing me major loss at work since I have a remote work setup. I had put my query at community page but the only response I get from there is that issue will be resolved through hotline number and unfortunately due to your pathetic customer care service I am not getting any response from there as well. I have been purchasing Vodafone Hotspot on a daily basis to cover up my work. I pay 50 euros monthly to get this kind of service. Feeling really frustrated with customer care services in Germany. Everything is so slow. Taking a new connection would take 1 week to 15 days time. Please resolve this issue on an urgent basis. Also let me know how can I claim for the loses I have suffered because of your pathetic service and almost no customer support.

I can't find another post under your user name here in the Kunden-helfen-Kunden forum.
If you do not report the problem to o2 customer service, it cannot be resolved. Every call is automatically answered on the free phone number 08005251378. Please do not hang up the phone yourself during breaks. 

You can apply for compensation here for a fault that you have reported and that has been rectified. If you have not complied with your duty to cooperate and have not reported a fault, you are not legally entitled to compensation.

I am sorry to hear that your DSL connection is not working and that you had problems reaching our hotline. I can well understand your frustration.

Have you contacted our technical support on 08005251378 and do you know if they have opened a ticket for you? Have you talked to our English support on 089 66 66 30 081 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm)?

Unfortunately, technical issues can not be solved by us here, this can only be done by telephone.
