My DSL connection is not working since 1 week, date 4th July 2022, which is causing me major loss at work since I have a remote work setup. I had put my query at community page but the only response I get from there is that issue will be resolved through hotline number and unfortunately due to your pathetic customer care service I am not getting any response from there as well. I have been purchasing Vodafone Hotspot on a daily basis to cover up my work. I pay 50 euros monthly to get this kind of service. Feeling really frustrated with customer care services in Germany. Everything is so slow. Taking a new connection would take 1 week to 15 days time. Please resolve this issue on an urgent basis. Also let me know how can I claim for the loses I have suffered because of your pathetic service and almost no customer support.
