what germans word to refer this problem (landline broken) to the technician in the call support?
You should ask a German speaker for assistance, else you will not beat the computer.

Yes i did many times, it got my nerves. Really disappointing by choosing o2 as my dsl service.
Why? Try to get English support with the other companies, it is the same. You are in Germany, so German it is.
Hi @az_ihsan,
thanks for your message.
I regret that you have an issue with your DSL-internet-connection.
Great that you already used the “o2 DSL Hilfe-App” to get support.
Unfortunately, I have no other chance than to ask you to call our DSL-hotline. I know that this is not so easy for you. In your case, please do what @Denner already told you: Try to get a German speaking friend and call our DSL-hotline.
Thanks a lot for your efforts. I hope that our technical department can solve your issue.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
Hi @az_ihsan,
I just wanted to ask if your DSL-connection is working now again?
If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact our English community.
By the way, what about a new mobile phone-contract? Is an offer for a new mobile phone-contract interesting for you?
I look forward to your reply.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
I called the helpline, they took my details and sent me a ‘ticket’. What do I have to do after I receive my O2 ticket?
@Broken internet wait some days. It can been happen that a technican must visit your apartment too to solve the problem.
How do I get it fixed ASAP as my daughter uses it for homeschooling and I use it for work and don’t get paid if I don't do the work. I wonder if there is compensation for this?
@Broken internet you get compensation over o2 moderator here in the forum. Up there you live a Telekom technican come to you the next 3,4 working days. One question: What router you use and the DSL Led is flashing?
Hello @Broken internet and welcome to our o2 community :-)
If a DSL connection is not working, there are a lot of possible rasons for this. As far as I can see the DSL contract was taken over from another person on the day it stopped working, is that right?
If the same router is till in usage it is necessary the reset it to factory default and enter the credentials that you as the new contract partner should have already recieved by then.
In case this brings no improvement it is a wise choice to contact our technical DSL departement.
Did you already recieve feedback from our technical departement? Is everything working again? Or are there still issues were we should have a look into?
Regards,
Lars
