I ordered a cable internet connection with a new router. I received the router and connected it before the activation date and I could see the o2 page. Today is my activation day (I can see it in my Mein o2) but my internet is still now working. The order status is in progress (switching your connection).
I ran some tests o2 my service app and it says that my router’s MAC address is not registered for use yet, but in Mein o2, it doesn’t say that I have to send them the MAC address.
Could someone please help me because the chat options is not working on the website, and I don’t speak German yet so I cannot call the customer service.

OIf the activation date was reached and the internet connection is still not owrking, I recommend to have a look at our o2 my Service App (what you already did), if that does not help please get in touch with our technical departement so they can have a deeper look into this.
If you do not speak any german at all I recomend to call with a friend of yours who does since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking technician. On the other hand you may also try our chat or WhatsApp services.
