Hi,

I've had a mobile contract with O2 since july 2018.  I recently moved and decided to take up the O2 offer for XXL internet plus TV and get the benefit of having the services all with O2.  Unfortunately there is an issue with this as my name changed (already updated with O2).  In my O2 app i can only see details about my mobile contract, and not Internet or tv, even though i receive emails and SMS alerts to my mobile number and my email address which is already used for login purposes.  I've called the service Hotline several times to sort this out and do not seem to make any progress.  I feel like this will just drag on and i will be charged morr than i should and then need to try calling another 30 times before it's actually fixed.  

 

So the question is, how do we fix this issue?

if the necessary information is correct and the same between the two contracts, then they can be merged under one account for a small one time fee. Maybe there is still a difference between the contactaddress or the bankdata of the two contracts?
