I've been using o2 for a while now and can't log into the app. Every time I get the error “A general error has occurred. Please try again later. ". What can you do about it? Kind regards

Have you registered the contract to mein o2 that you are trying to access through the app? Do you also get this message when you are going directly through a browser instead of the app or does it work there?

how are things looking like on your end, we didn’t hear anything further from you. Were you able to log into the App with your DSL contract as you had hoped to.
