I ordered a DSL contract from O2 on the 22nd of February, and got an email to register for MeinO2 with my email address, which I did. I could log in fine that day and could check the status of my order. But since then I’ve not been able to access Mein O2 at all. I keep getting an error saying “Ihr Nutzername ist uns nicht bekannt. Bitte überprüfen Sie ihre Eingabe.” Which I guess roughly translates to your username cannot be found. This is when I try to sign in with my email address. I do not have a landline number yet.
Is there any way to fix this issue, or another way of checking my order status?
