Cannot access MeinO2 after purchasing DSL contract and registering e-mail


Hi there.

I ordered a DSL contract from O2 on the 22nd of February, and got an email to register for MeinO2 with my email address, which I did. I could log in fine that day and could check the status of my order. But since then I’ve not been able to access Mein O2 at all. I keep getting an error saying “Ihr Nutzername ist uns nicht bekannt. Bitte überprüfen Sie ihre Eingabe.” Which I guess roughly translates to your username cannot be found. This is when I try to sign in with my email address. I do not have a landline number yet.

Is there any way to fix this issue, or another way of checking my order status?

I understand your concern. It sometimes happens that the DSL order has to be set up again, in which case the login is no longer possible for a certain period of time. But then it usually goes on again quickly. You will always be informed of your status by email at the same time.

Maybe you have already received new information in the meantime?

I understand your concern. It sometimes happens that the DSL order has to be set up again, in which case the login is no longer possible for a certain period of time. But then it usually goes on again quickly. You will always be informed of your status by email at the same time.

Maybe you have already received new information in the meantime?
