Prepaid SIM card charge ( I want to charge less than 10euro)

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out with a query regarding my account. Currently, I have a remaining balance of approximately 9€, and I would like to top up an additional 6€ in order to avoid having any leftover balance. However, I’ve been informed that the minimum top-up amount is 15€, which seems to prevent me from topping up only the amount I need.

Would it be possible to allow a top-up of less than 15€, specifically a 6€ charge, to help me balance my account and avoid any remaining credits for the next month?

I would really appreciate any assistance you can offer to resolve this matter.

    You can also top up with foreign accounts.

    I hope you're doing well!

    I usually top up 15€ each month, but I mistakenly used my data without renewing my plan. I’ve already topped up for next month, but I still need an extra euro to cover this month’s usage. I’ve also realized that I can’t top up for less than 10€, and I was wondering if there's any way to either renew my balance or get a refund for the data I used by mistake?
    I know this might be a different situation, but I found a similar topic in the community and looks like I need your help :(
