Another month with problems. Not only was my revocation sent and confirmed, but as compensation for the connection issues, you offered me a €5 discount on my next bill. Surprise!!! Not only was the service I revoked not canceled, but the €5 discount was also not applied, so my bill is really high this month. I’ve sent 3 emails without a response, and this will be charged to my account tomorrow. Please, kindly do something as soon as possible. Thanks
