Again, issues with my invoice/ contract


Another month with problems. Not only was my revocation sent and confirmed, but as compensation for the connection issues, you offered me a €5 discount on my next bill. Surprise!!! Not only was the service I revoked not canceled, but the €5 discount was also not applied, so my bill is really high this month. I’ve sent 3 emails without a response, and this will be charged to my account tomorrow. Please, kindly do something as soon as possible. Thanks

FYI, I’m having the same issue this month; if you look closely, it’s from last month. Please, resolve this asap. Having problems with you every month can’t continue

As far as I can see you issue is already solved by our colleagues from the customer service. They credited the outstanding amount and cancelled the mobile phone contract to March 6th. 

It seems everything is okay now.
