Website and login issues


Hello all,

I wanted to login to my account on the website to get a mobile phone contract (+ mobile) on top of my already existing DSL contract but somehow I cannot validate that i am eligible for the Kombi-Vorteil offer but also cannot log myself in when i want to try to proceed to the next step anyway. i also tried just login in for the start page (which i could) and check for my account info or my bills but there, there is apparently an issue with too many redirections and i can't access anything i'd like too. does anyone else has experienced the same kind of issues? thx in advance for your help!

Hi @oplt08,

you should have received an email with the tracking number by now, which you can enter on the dhl website and check for delivery details.

Currently your package is on its way and scheduled to be delivered to you today.

There had been some minor issues with our customer portal a few days ago, but things should be fine by now again. I see that you've successfully logged in and were able to get a mobile phone contract as well in the meantime.

Yes, thanks, I could make things work! But I find myself with different accounts on the website.
Anyway, I also had another thing to ask :)
I booked a phone on top the contract, I was asked to pay a higher downpayment (for some strange reason, but anyway). I did, but I still don't have any response or notification from your side that this was taken in account and I can't see anything about an order of the phone.
Could you help with that?

Hi @oplt08,

orders may be dealt with slightly slower when it's the weekend, 🙂 which is why today (in fact, just a few minutes ago) an email was sent to you confirming your order of the smartphone.
You will also receive a confirmation by post within the upcoming days.
So everything should be on its way as of today.

Great, thanks, sorry I was a bit confused.
Now I am a bit confused about another thing (again ^^): for the order ref WSFC31242815 (the SIM card it seems), the status says now it was cancelled?
Sorry to bother you again, but could you help with that too...?

Hi @o2_Jan,
regarding my previous message, I think I understood what happened: the SIM card is now coming together with the order of the phone, so the previous order of just the sim was canceled? Did I get that right? Sorry, I really struggle with the German language...

Hi @oplt08,

you're right, that's how I would read that admittedly rather cryptic status of "merged with bundle" as well. :)
Sometimes orders are handled seperately and sometimes they get merged; nonetheless, it may still happen that sim card and smartphone will arrive as two seperate shipments.

Hi @o2_Jan,

Sorry to bother you again but I am not really receiving any updates since the last email.
And when I try to check the status of the order, it says "Diese Funktion steht zur Zeit nicht zur Verfügung.".
I'd like to know an estimation of when I will get the phone and the SIM card, especially since the device I chose was immediately available when ordered.
