I have been trying to cancel my service in Karlsruhe for two months because at my new address in Koblenz there is no o2 service at my tariff (seriously, no simple switch to Koblenz?!?!).
I have tried to get help on Facebook, on the phone, online, and at an o2 shop. I keep getting told to complete the online form for the move request. But when I go to the link 02 sends me, I complete the availability check and just get an error saying there is no comparable service/tariff at my new address in Koblenz.
I have sent a screenshot to the Facebook messenger showing I have no option for a form. I have offered to send a copy of m rental agreement. I went to an O2 shop and was told I should send a letter to an address in Hamburg, which I did. 2 months ago.
I am no longer in Karlsruhe and am paying for service I cannot use.
Can anyone help? This is ridiculous.

As far as I can see it, there are several products available at your new address. You received a letter from us from May 8th, that DSL is available at your new address and your DSL contract can move to the new address. We received your completed moving form on June 30th. It needs three to four weeks until a DSL contract moves to a new address. At the moment we have no information from the lineowner for the final activation at your new address. So please have a little patience.

I have had patience. I never received a letter from you.
This is what I get everytime I tried to enter my new address. I am sorry your information is different from what your website tells me. And yes, I HAVE tried calling but I guess I have to apologize I cannot wait on the phone indefinitely for a customer serivce agent.
Meanwhile - again - I have been paying for a service I cannot use because I no longer live at Hirschstr 41.
However, I am happy to just cancel o2 so I can get on with good service...

If you don't get in contact with our hotline to move your contract to your new address, it will stay at the old one and you have to pay further on.
As I said it is possible to move it to your new address. We accepted your cancellation to February 26th 2020.
So please get in contact with our hotline.
