The technician was meant to come between 8-12 this morning (09 May 2019). I waited all morning and he did not show up. Just after 12, i received a message from O2 that my connection was activated. Has my internet been activated? I have connected my router to my line and i cannot configure it and i get a message saying "bitte uberprufen sie die verkabelung ihrer o2 homebox". My contract number is
I cannot call the hotline because i dont speak German and so i dont understand the options or can speak to a consultant.
Please could someone assist.
