Hi People of O2, i can see the last 2 or 3 days you've been having problems not only with the internet conection but also with the access to the portal of customers.
So my question is particularly to inform me if there is a bigger problem that you internally have and you don't want to communicate the customers about it, i have no internet and access to the administration of my contract since 2 or 3 days ago.
Can i completely cancel my contract because of this interruption? i prefer to have the very well recommended Internet from UnityMedia, it seems that they know what customer care is.

Hi Orux,
the last days we had a downtime due to a system maintenance. To cancel the contract, because of this issue is not possible. Is your DSL still not working? If not, we're happy to help you here.
