Dear Community,

I have an existing o2 account created only for o2 community. I've bought an o2 mobile contract. Now I'm looking for a way how to add my o2 mobile contract to my existing o2 account.

I've tried to register again with a new mobile contract but it says that the email account is already registered.

I guess I'm not the first one who created account for community first and now wants to add a mobile contract to the same account :)

welcome to our o2 Community 😊

Unfortunately it is not possible to add another account to your community account.

We can delete this account to release your email adress and you can create a new one from your mobile contract.

Please let us know if you agree to this.

Thanks for your reply. It's a pitty that there is no option to merge two common accounts. Anyway, please proceed with release of my email address (delete this account).

alright, I have taken all necessary steps to delet the account and your community account so you can use your email addres with your contractr. This may take some days but I am optimistic it will be solved at the end of the week at latest :-)
