DSL relocation in same building?

Hi,

I am using o2 from past 5-6 months now I want to change the apartment, I have a few questions:

  1. What's the procedure for applying for relocation?
  2. How long will it take?
  3. Are there any service charges for this relocation?
Please note, my connection to new apartment in the same building.

Hi @SikandarChishty,

even if you move inside the building you have to arrange a complete move. Pls go: http://g.o2.de/W8n and fill in the form

It's important fill in the position of your new appartment to make the change clear for the technician.

Usually it takes up to three weeks until you get an appointment for activation.

There is a one time fee of 19,99 EUR for the move.

Please clarify:
  1. I asked your representative at the time of the activation, he said relocation would be free, please confirm that.

Hi,

you can send a fax, too. You will find the contact adress on the form.

The information is not completly right that a relocation is free of charge. Only if you decide to extend your contract for another 24 month we will refund the fee. As you choose a contract of 1 month period I am sure you are not interested in such a long contract at all. So the service charge of 19,99 EUR has to be paid.

Hi @o2_Manga ,

I'll be using it for 24 months in total as I don't plan to change subscription but not 24 months from this month to next. Is refund possible in this case?

no, for a refund you have to extend your contract for 24 month.
