You should be able to speak German, the support talks only german and the voice system would like to get you phone number as voice input in German also. The hotline will fix that Problem.
Hi @Reza8973 ,
thanks a lot for your message.
Did you already try to disconnect the router for a few minutes from the electricity and the TAE?
I hope that it already helps.
If not, you need to go into the router settings and reset the router. What kind of router do you possess?
I look forward to your reply.
Loving greetings,
Tobias

Hi @o2_Tobias Thanks for your respond. I tried to disconnect the AC adaptor but did not tried TAE. The model of router is FRITZ!Box 7490.
Hello @Reza8973 ,
I assume the cables are all connected and the plugs are sitting firmly in the corresponding sockets, right?
If that is the case then there are two possibilites why the DSL light is flashing. Either the router is defective or there is something wrong with the DSL connection.
You can for example check if the router is defective by testing it on another DSL connection.
Either way the right steps to take is to contact our technical DSL hotline so they can have a look into this. This is a case we can not solve here in the forum.
If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
Regards,
Lars
