Please take a look at the product data sheet. With up to 250 Mbit, you may only be able to get up to 10 Mbit.
If DSL was not so good before, which surprises me, because in apartment blocks DSL is often better than a cable connection, I would leave it as it is now.

your o2 my Home L offers speeds of up to 100 Mbit, so your line is not too slow. At your address, up to 1000 Mbit is even available via cable. We would be happy to make you an offer for 250, 500 or 1000 Mbit. I will forward you internally to the contract renewals here. There are some region where you get only 5 MBit upload with cable!

actually the upload here with your cable connection is 1.8 to 6 Mbits. Then it would make sense to change the technology and I can offer 100 or 175 Mbits. Would you like to have DSL instead of cable and what bandwidth should it be?
