O2 Homespot not working


Hello,

I have a connection problem with o2 Homespot. I have done pretty much everything with the installation, however i couldn't connect to the wifi. So i have checked the connectivity and saw that "Mobilfunkverbindung" is not connected. How can I fix this problem? Thank you.

Hello @axb_1999,

I am sorry that you are facing problems with your Homespot. Have you checked whether the SIM card is working in other devices? Which Homespot do you have?

Maybe you have found a solution in the meantime, I hope that your internet is now working. Please let us know if you still need assistance.

Hello @axb_1999 and welcome on bo(a)rd.

Did you already disable the SIM-PIN-Query? If you’re unsure and not used to how to disable that in the router’s menu, just get your router’s SIM card into a mobile and disable it.
