    Hi!

    You bought your device but in a shop. They can not help you? Devices with o2 are not logged. Maybe what happens is different?

    o2 Germany never sold any Apple Devices with Simlock oder Netlock. So I can't imagine how this could happen. It seems that your iPhone has a lock to AT&T Network.

     

    Have you ever used a SIM Card of the AT&T Network in your Device?

     

    But i fear that o2 Germany can't unlock your device. All that o2 Germany can do will be to swap your iPhone to a new one. But maybe the Apple Costumer Care Service can help you, and unlock your Device via iTunes Synchronisation.
