I have signed a contract for 62 euros a month for unlimited internet(31 euro after 50% off for first time consumers) in September 2023 in Wiesbaden in a shop. And in October it surprised me when I learned that my bill is 49,99 euros a month. I still haven’t received copy of my contract via email like the shop have told me and I contacted the O2 hotline repeatedly over the last 5 months but they keep telling me i should check it with the shop and when I go over to the shop they tell O2 have made a mistake and they’re trying to fix it and to keep waiting for an email. I’m tired of constantly having to the go to the shop and calling the hotline to no avail. Either O2 made a mistake or this shop have scammed me. I need help with this because I don’t want to take this to a lawyer and waist money and time on it but my hands are tied.
