hi, I ordered an M prepaid SIM card last Friday and received the email confirmation of my prepaid M sim card and porting order (without confirmation number tho) stating that my order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. I haven’t received anything yet. What should I do now? How can I track my status ?

Sometimes the delivery takes more time then expected. It´s good to read, that you received the sim card in the meant time.
