Tariff Not activated after prepaid sim card purchase

Hi , ,I purchased O2 prepaid sim Germany (o2 loop) but tariff plan didn’t get activated because of which am unable to login to o2 or use internet , My SIM is activated and am able to make calls but no internet , my balance is 24 euro. Please help me !! I even visited o2 store but no help .
