No Mobile data, no signal and cannot check my invoices in MyO2 website

Since this morning I have no mobile data and no signal with my Unlimited Tariff.

I tried to check my invoices on the website (even tho I paid it 2 weeks ago) to see if there is any outstanding amount, but whatever I select, it always sends me to the homepage.

I need urgent support since I am working from home.

I can't see any locks. Your contact address is currently undergoing maintenance work, but this has been going on for a week and not just today. Have you tried restarting your phone?
Is your mobile data still active?
