Hi,
I ordered a new connection with phone contract and it was shipped to my address. In DHL website it says that “The recipient refused to accept the shipment”, however I have not got any notification from DHL.
Are they Ninjas or what? I was at home ( I work from home) for the whole day and it was mentioned that they tried to deliver at 14:00. This is ridiculous and how I can get back in track with my contract now?
If not, I will cancel this and make a new contract. Please suggest some alternatives :)
