Port from O2 to Premium sim


Hello 

I want to request the initiation of porting my O2 number. I went to the O2 store in Vaihingen and they said I need to request this online, and they can not process requests for number porting. Please initiate my number porting request for + 491********550

You can do this yourself in the customer portal, though you might now wish to get a new number since you have posted your current one publicly (having said that it doesn't look like a valid number).

@Srinivas please have minimum 24,95 Euro at you prepaid account and than let set the opt-in Option over the Hotline or an o2 moderator here.

welcome to the o2 Community.
Only postpaid numbers can be released for porting via customer portal.
The call number export costs once EUR 24,95 EUR.
The number is now released for porting.

Hi,

I have loaded 25 euros in my sim karte. Could you please let me know what I should do the next to get activate the port?

Hello, I would like to port my number to premium sim.At the moment I am using prepaid service from O2.Kindly set the opt-in option for me.

welcome to our English community and thanks for your patience. 

 

As I see, you were already successful with the release of your prepaid-mobile phone-number. If you have not yet done so, please inform now the new provider that you like to port your number. 

 

The porting will be charged with 6,65 € until 31st December, afterwards we will charge you with 6,82 €. 

 

If you still have a remaining amount on your card after the porting, please fill out the following form: Transfer of the remaining amount to your bank account We will then transfer the remaining amount to your private bank account.

hello O2 community,

I want to port my prepaid sim card number to other service. I don’t want to loose my number. I don’t have any contract with O2. New company wants contract termination letter from O2. How to proceed further, please help!!

Hi @sahilMax thanks for your request.
In your Mein o2 Area on our website and in the Mein o2 APP you will find the option “Rufnummernmitnahme” direct in the part Sim-Karte Verwalten.
