unable to port sim for o2de to o2

I tried to follow the community to port my o2 postpaid sim to o2 prepaid,i ran into this problem [screenshot attached]. any suggestion, I want to only convert it after the contract is over. thanks.

Porting from o2 postpaid to o2 prepaid is not possible, not even after the end of the contract.

Hello @Zephyr_347 ,

 

@Sächsin already described it perfectly.

You´d need to port to a different Provider, which is not Telefonica, before you can port your number back.
