SEPA debit failure


Hey, guys!

Yesterday the first installment (purchase of the telephone device) should have been debited from my bank account, but I checked my account and the amount has not yet been debited. How should I proceed to make payment in this case?

If this was the first payment at all for your myHandy contract, then I’d wait a few more days as it happens quite often, that this initial debit is somewhat delayed.

Hello @gwdias,

Nothing will be debited on Sunday either. 😉 The first installment will sometimes be debited up to 2 weeks later. If your bank details are stored in your contract, this happens automatically.
