We have left Germany since 2020, and on July 3, 2023 we cancelled our subscription, as per our right after hanging the subscription for 5+ years
We received an email confirming you have received our cancellation.
The sim card is no longer in use
As of July 4 our myo2 account has been removed and we can no longer log in
But still n we have been charged the monthly fee for every month since July, and automatically withdrawn from our bank account
We all that you stop charging and also reimburse us for the 4 months that you have gotten payment from us.
