INTERNET ALL TIME CONNECT UND UNCONENCT AGAIN AND AGAIN. SPEED IS 3 MB/S SHOUD BE 16MB/S!!!!

My Internet since few days turned on and off all the time. 4 minuts work 1 minut off and again again again. Tryied to call the hotline but first thing is that - theres hard to find someone who speak english. Second is long wait time .. have to pay for call so i dont want wait so long. Also my internet speed should be 16mbs but its 3 mb/s. I did all resets, checking cables and stuff like that so i dont want to se answer like " Chcech your power cable bla bla bla"

Can you please unplug the box for 10 Minutes from the telephone wall socket.

 

I will test something.

Do you use a wifi connection?

 

If the line unconnect, is the DSL LED blinking?

Yes im using a Wi-fi. Sometimes blinking, sometimes is off at all, sometime it's red.

Sorry blinking off or sometimes red is a internet light. DSL all time green.

After a Port reset 1 hour and 4 minutes ago, i see you online for about 1 hour and 2 minutes without any lost of connection.

 

It looks like the line is now stable. Can you confirm that?

Sorry , i can´t.

 

Based on the lenght of the line and your attenuation you should reach 12-14Mbit/s.

 

I create a ticket for our tecnical department, they have to check that.

The port on the lincard in the dslam need a restart and your modem a short power reset.
