I am writing to formally request the cessation of all service charges associated with my account. My service termination was effective as of January 28, 2025. The initial termination request was submitted on November 25, 2024, at 8:51:32 p.m. Despite this, I continue to receive emails indicating ongoing service charges, and I've been paying for it without any complaints.
But please note that I have already completed the required termination procedures, including returning the router, which was confirmed as received on January 9, 2025, at 3:17 p.m.
I kindly request that you stop any further charges to my account. Should there be any additional charges on my bank for this month or in the future, I will be compelled to report this matter to the German telecommunication authorities.
