Is there a limit of number of active contracts ?

currently i have about 6 active devices which are all on contract. i wanted to order an ipad last week but i was declined. i pay my bills each month , so payment is not a problem here.

my question is, could the rejection be because i have reached the limit of how many active contracts a person can have ?

Hi @cmdrootaccess,

the number of possible contracts probably depends on your credit rating. Have you checked this with SCHUFA and other credit agencies?

Basically, the question is whether you need a separate contract for all devices or whether a contract with the ‘Connect’ option or MultiCards is also an option.

Kinds regards,
Alex

Hey @cmdrootaccess,

Welcome back to our o2 Community. 😊

I am not aware of a specific limit. It's a shame that your latest order has now been rejected. Unfortunately, we can't answer why exactly this happened. You would have to contact the address listed in the rejection notice.

Kind regards, Lea
