My tariff is without any contract (prepaid), and I was told that the number you provided is only available for postpaid plan. My call was transferred to another department, but she didn’t speak English and told me to call the same number 089666630081.

there’s no separate english prepaid hotline, maybe you have someone that could help you translate for the call or just ask if they could maybe speak with you in english. It shouldn’t be an issue to reach atleast someone that can help you with the number porting there.
