Change plan on new order


Hi, I preordered an iphone 15 with a sim card, but i realized that I need more data volume, is it possible to change the plan it without cancelling and requesting again the phone+the plan?

 

I requested o2 mobile M and the plan i want is unlimited smart

Dear @willco ,

normally, both should be cancelled, but to be on the safe side, also send the cancellation for the contract, too and write that both should have been cancelled together with the first cancellation because it was a bundle.

You can only revoke both and then order again.

I can only echo what Vilureef already wrote here, so I’d personally advise that if you don’t want to cancel the entire order, that you just change your contract after a few months instead.

Thank you, so I already sent the widerruf formular and I also rejected the delivery of the device, but it seems it has not been processed yet. Should I do something else? My goal is to cancel everything cause I already requested another phone with the right plan

Hello @willco,

If you have received a confirmation of receipt, you don't need to do anything at all. Wait for the cancellation to be processed.

by now you should have also gotten the email for the return of the hardware, so you can see that it’s being processed and everything is underway. If you have further questions, please let us know.

Yeah, actually I got the email for the cancellation of the phone but the sim card it seems to be ready for activation (I can see it on my my o2 dashboard). Do I need to send another widerruf for the sim card? (I described both in the widerruf formular and included the order number which was for the phone+sim card). But is just to be sure.
