Please someone help me I pre-order s23 ultra and I enter my address correctly but after confirming the order I saw my address is change to something else! There is anyway to change my delivery address?

I can understand your displeasure, but in this case you only have the option of cancelling your order.
After that, you can order the phone again.
It is no longer possible to change the address after the order has been placed, so the only option is to cancel and re-order.
